Pedestal display cases make a great addition to any location wishing to display items in a protected manner whilst still offering a full view! Like our line of store fixtures, these displays have multiple uses not just for retail shops or jewelry stores, but are also commonly found in art galleries, museums, and exhibit halls to showcase pieces, artifacts, and specialty items. These plinths have the advantage of combining some of our popular items in a way customers have asked for: creating a raised display to truly showcase items whilst still offering a degree of protection against common concerns. Whilst not a lockable display, these showcase pedestals do help to deter theft and also prevent unwanted touching to protect items over the long term. Once the acrylic top is placed upon it's base, the sealed box keeps grime and dust from accumulating on items as well, acting to keep items in the same condition as they were prior to be putting within the case!

The pedestal display cases have a variety of styles to choose from to best suit the needs of your specific location. There are multiple heights to choose from, all of which can be used in tandem to configure a larger display to showcase a variety of items at once! The plinth sizes are 61cm, 76cm, and 91cm, all with 382 x 382mm bases to minimise floor space footprint and allow visitors to easily maneuver around the column to view items on each side. The tops of each plinth are all 38 x 38cm to hold the included acrylic showcase box without an issue. Included with purchase is (4) double-sided tape squares that allow you to securely attach the box base to the pedestal top so it won't slip out and will remain where you put it. Each plinth stand is shipped knocked down to reduce shipping costs, but luckily assembly is extremely easy using simple tools and the included instructions. There are plastic feet included as well that have a few purposes. The feet help to prevent scratches to floors and also protect the bottom corners of the stands. Depending on your floor surface, these feet can also help you glide the stand into place without having to life up the stand, though they are of medium weight and quite easy to maneuver as it is. Each plinth is made from laminated MDF to combine durability with an affordable price to allow different location to utilise this style of display no matter the budget. Choose from black, maple, or white finish depending on your décor and design aesthetic!

There are two styles of acrylic display cases available, with the only difference being their size. Both are made from 6mm thick clear acrylic to provide a full view of items on all sides, ideal for showcasing products or artifacts. The perspex has polished edges and UV protection for a professional look that helps to prevent fading of objects within the case. The base of the box is made of 20mm thick glossy black acrylic, offering a slight reflection of items for a really high-class look. This base has a ridge around the outside the the acrylic top fits tightly into, helping ensure it doesn't slide out of place or fall easily. If you wish to display round objects, there is a 5mm thick clear perspex ring riser included that can hold footballs, footy balls, rugby balls, and more that have special meaning!
