Orders, Shipping & Returns


1.0 Orders, Payment & Pricing

1.1 Ordering Online:
  1. Orders can be placed online by clicking the "Add to Cart" button below the prices on the webpage of the product you wish to purchase.
  2. You will then be taken to another page where you can view the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. Clicking the "View Cart" button will add the products to your shopping cart, while not committing you to the purchase.
  3. To go ahead with the purchase, click the "CHECK OUT" button.
  4. Please choose carefully and check your requirements prior to checking out. Once orders are processed through our automated express system to meet expedited shipping deadlines, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
  5. To continue shopping, click the Back button in your browser or choose another product category from the left navigation menu.

1.2 Payment Options:
  • Master Card American Express Visa PayPal
  1. Please note that American Express transactions will incur a 3% surcharge.
  2. Company cheques or money orders (if accepted) are accepted for orders placed by phone only. The order will only be released for shipping once the funds have cleared.

1.3 Pricing & Discounts:
  1. The prices for products are displayed on the webpage for that product.
  2. Discounts available for volume purchases are displayed within the table of prices.
  3. The discounts displayed are the maximum discount available, including for "trade" buyers and resellers.
  4. Please do not request discounted or special pricing for any product or quantity for which we have a published price on our website.
  5. For products with break carton fee, an $11.00 (inc GST) handling fee is added to orders if the quantity ordered per shipment is not a complete case. This fee is only added once per order.
  6. Pricing for any given product is liable to change at any time without notice.

1.4 Upon Receipt of Goods:
  1. Inspect for damage, incorrect or missing goods.
  2. If product damage or an order error is suspected:
    1. We ask that you notify us immediately, within 5 days of delivery of the order.
    2. We ask that you take detailed photographs of the damage and email them to slimlinewarehouse support.
    3. We ask that you keep all boxes and packing materials and re-package the products as they were received.

  4. Please do not request discounted or special pricing for any product or quantity for which we have a published price on our website.

2.0 Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Shipping Timeframes:
  1. Estimated delivery times to your area are can be viewed here: Estimated Delivery Time.
  2. Please note that the timeframes supplied are to be used as a guide only. Slimline Warehouse Display Shops will not be held responsible for costs and expenses arising from deliveries that fall outside these guidelines.

2.2 Shipping Costs:
  1. To check shipping costs for your order, click the "Check Shipping Costs" button which is located below the "Buy this Product NOW" button near the pricing table on the relevant pricing page.
  2. You will then be taken to another page where you can select the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will add the products to your shopping cart, while not committing you to the purchase.
  3. Once you have added the desired number of products to the cart, enter your postcode and state into the "Shipping Estimate" fields on the right side of the page and click the "GO" button to receive your estimated shipping costs.
  4. Please note that shipping costs are subject to review and change prior to shipment. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.

2.3 Same Day Shipping:
  1. The vast majority of Slimline Warehouse Display Shops product range are "in-stock" items that are available for "Same Day Shipping", meaning that the order will be despatched from our warehouse on the same day the order is completed and paid, as further described below.
  2. "Same Day Shipping" refers to the date of dispatch (not necessarily receipt by you) and applies (with some exceptions, listed below) to orders placed by 3pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days only. When Daylight Saving Time is in place in Victoria we operate on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). If you order after 3pm or you order on a non-business day, dispatch will occur on the following business day.
  3. "Same Day Shipping" does not apply to weekends, or Public Holidays in Victoria, Australia.
  4. "Same Day Shipping" only applies to items on the order that are listed as being in stock. Stock levels are nominated on the product page.
  5. Items with a lead time specified on the product page (eg: "Ships in 3 Days") are not subject to "Same Day Shipping".
  6. Shipping of goods paid for by company cheques or money orders only occurs after funds have cleared.

2.4 Shipping Lead Times:
  1. Some products, such as those that require printing, require a lead time before shipping.
  2. Lead times are nominated on product pages & do not include weekends or scheduled public holidays.
  3. Artwork/Print Orders: Lead time for orders that require artwork do not commence until the proof and/or artwork has been approved. Please see the relevant product page for more information about the artwork submission process for that product.
  4. Lead times for artwork approved before 3pm EST are calculated from the day of approval (provided it's a business day).

2.5 Shipping Outside Australia:
  1. We only ship orders to addresses within Australia.
  2. Delivery of goods outside of Australia will only be facilitated when a freight forwarder is used and payment is made by wire transfer. The following conditions are also applicable:
    1. Orders shipping to freight forwarders must be placed over the phone and paid in full by wire transfer. We do not accept orders shipping to freight forwarders paid by credit card.
    2. Slimline Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery to the freight forwarder.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any fragile items knowingly being exported.
    4. Slimline Warehouse will provide a commercial invoice, but must not be listed as the Shipper or Exporter of Record on any export documentation.

2.6 Additional Shipping Information:
  1. We primarily use Direct Freight Express, while some orders may be shipped using a local courier.
  2. All deliveries require signature acceptance.
  3. Due to our express despatch process we are unable to make adjustments to the initial shipping address supplied when the order is processed.
  4. Delivery of your order is to a ground floor only. Delivery is made utilising one driver so some assistance may be required in the unload.
    Any re-deliveries may incur an additional charge.


3.0 Return Procedures & Policy

3.1 Returns Procedure:
  1. Returns for change of mind reasons will be granted by application only. To evaluate if you are eligible to return your purchase, please carefully read our Return Policy below. If you then wish to apply for a return, please download our RMA Form and follow the instructions on the form.

3.2 Returns Policy (applicable to returns for "change of mind" reasons):
  1. It is the responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to ensure, prior to ordering, that the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which they intend to use it.
  2. Slimline Warehouse provides product specifications including, photographs, dimensions, applications and product features on each specific product webpage to ensure prior to ordering that the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which they intend to use it.
  3. Returns are only accepted for stock items and will only be accepted when application is made within five (5) business days of delivery.
  4. Refunds for change of mind reasons for our range of light boxes will not be granted. All light box orders are non returnable.
  5. All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee. Why is there a restocking fee?
  6. Change of mind returns must be received strictly within 5 business days of approval. Any returns not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
  7. All returned items must be re-packaged and returned in their original packaging. This is the only way to ensure that damage has not occurred during the return delivery.
  8. Any goods that are returned damaged (except where the damage is an inherent defect or otherwise occurred after original dispatch from our premises) will not be credited.
  9. Credits will not be issued on any shipping costs for return shipping. This cost is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to take shipping insurance on return merchandise
  10. Please allow up to twenty eight (28) business days from the date of delivery of the return before we complete our appraisal and approve the credit - if deemed to be warranted.
  11. Custom made products are non-returnable. Under no circumstance will allowances be made. This applies to custom displays, printing, or any application of custom colours or artwork.
  12. Print products are a non-returnable item. Weathering, stains, fraying & tears are excluded from warranty.
  13. Refunds will not be granted due to delays in delivery.
  14. No returns will be accepted without the completion of an RMA Form , subsequent approval of the return and the clear display of an RMA number on the outside of the returned package.
  15. The above is not intended to limit our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of consumer guarantees, including obligations on returns and refunds for defective product. View our full Terms & Conditions.


4.0 Trade Buyers & Resellers

  1. All prices published on our website are final. Our business model is built upon an aggressive price structure that does not allow us to offer further Trade or Reseller discounts. Please do not request discounted or special pricing for any product or quantity for which we have a published price on our website.
  2. We do maintain an Overstocked Clearance page and Close Out page where additional discounts that may be of interest to trade buyers or resellers are available.
