Return & Restocking Information

IMPORTANT: Please carefully review all the following information to ensure that your return is successfully processed. Before returning any goods, you must print and complete the Return Form (RMA).

Why Is There A 20% Restocking Fee?

First and foremost, our products are not easy-retail-style returns, where any box can be utilised to repack a return. When a product is returned, there are many labour efforts involved in the processing of a return.

How to pack

Our products have customised packaging, designed to fully protect, so they do not risk damage during shipment. When returning an item, be sure to send the item back in its original packaging. If this cannot be done, a box of suitable size is to be used with sufficient protection inside to protect the return.

The 20% restocking fee is a POS industry standard for a reason.

It is very labour intensive to open up returns and fully inspect to verify the product is in resalable condition. We don't charge customers a restocking fee to make money. We charge for the labour and materials associated with receiving, handling, inspecting and repacking a return in its original resalable condition before restocking it into our warehouse.

What we expect to see with a return?

What we expect

A good faith effort by our customers to carefully repack the display(s) in the original packaging with extra special emphasis on the protective stuffing inside the box surrounding the entire display. There are always customers who will take shortcuts, use cheap packaging, or return the displays with no protective stuffing with the item. These are problem returns.

Is there a risk that you wouldn't credit me for the product I'm returning?

What we expect 2

Yes, if the product comes back and is not in its original, resalable condition the product will not be credited. In these cases, Its usually very evident that a customer didn't put any effort into packaging the product for the shipment back to us. In such an instance, the product typically arrives back broken and in no condition for reuse.

Please take the time to protect your display return all around the inside of the box (with crumpled newspaper or bubble wrap).

We always recommend insuring your return shipment for your protection!
