The reference system can be adjusted between 110 and 165cm quickly, with a grip on the centre pole tightening to make sure it remains in place! The freestanding display holder, file flip organizer has (10) individual pockets designed for A4 (210 x 297mm) forms. Each pocket is dual-sided as well, so a total of (20) items can be put on display at once! These sleeves use clear vinyl corners to hold papers in place without obscuring what they show, and have a protective anti-glare cover that prevents grime or dust from gathering whilst keeping documents in place. You can also easily remove the sleeves if you have less information to show and don't wish to have empty sleeves in the display. Index tabs are provided that are 60 x 20mm, which you can optionally attach to different sleeves to help identify what document they contain.

The 280mm diameter base of the information kiosk is made from powder coated steel, with the black finish matching the rest of the neutral coloured display. This base has most of the 5.8kg overall weight to ensure stability during use.
