Desktop Reference System

A desktop reference system is a great way to organise a variety of different documents for easy viewing by visitors, employees, and patrons. The document flip stand has (10) sleeves for placing these documents, with A4 (210 x 297mm) standard sized items being the perfect fit. You can place your A4 graphics in landscape or portrait orientation, as the entire display easily goes between formats for easy reading. There are multiple colours of pockets to allow coordination between references to make it easier for users to find what they are looking to view.

The tabletop display holder, desktop reference system utilises dual-sided sleeves to allow for up to (20) items to be inserted! There are clear vinyl holders that keep documents in place beneath a non-glare lens that helps to both protect grime or dust from gathering and make reading easier. Index tabs are included as well that are each 60 x 20mm and can optionally be attached to help make finding desired materials easier. The entire display is 400 x 490 x 205mm, and rotates 360° for better positioning no matter what side of the stand you are on.

Each pocket is made from polystyrene, matching the make of the most of the rest of the stand. The multi-coloured pockets complement the 205mm diameter white base, which is made of powder coated steel to provide stability for the entire document rack. Not only is switching out documents easy as mentioned above, but the entire pocket is able to easily be removed if unnecessary to configure the kiosk as you need.
