The Simple Sign Stand

We think that these Simple Sign Stands or sign bases offer some of the best value marketing available thanks to their clever, simple and economical design.

The base of the unit is constructed of two sheets of folded 2mm steel which can display large, double-sided signs up to a recommended size of 1800mm high and 1600mm wide. This ensures massive advertising impact from a sign that is still easily moved around the space in which it is displayed.

We only supply the base unit of this free standing sign. Appropriate substrates can vary greatly depending on the specific application of your sign and for this reason we prefer for your local sign shop to advise, supply and print the right sign for you. Materials that are commonly used as sign board substrates include: aluminium composite, MDF, PVC, corrugated plastic and other plastic boards.

Prior to assembly, it is required that two holes are drilled in the base of the printed board. The bolts supplied with the unit are then passed through the holes in the two sides of the base and the sign board. The board is then clamped in place by screwing the wing-nuts onto the bolts until tight, resulting in a large and stable free standing sign. Subsequent assembly and disassembly of the stand for storage and transport is completed by without the need for any tools.
